Meet the team
Tralee Clark
Massage Therapist
Dip. Therapeutic Massage 2004
Cert Sports Massage 2004

I specialise in deep tissue, sports, restorative and remedial massage.
With a 20 year long career running busy practices in Wellington I'm very happy to be back in Nelson.
As a massage therapist I have been lucky enough to have worked with some amazing clients, the Royal NZ Ballet for four years, big bands touring NZ, the Opera de Paris Ballet company, the Argentinian rugby team... but my favourites are regular down to earth people just needing help to feel better.
Toyah Wain
Massage Therapist
Swedish and Relaxation Massage 2020

I specialise in slow relaxation massage and traditional therapeutic Swedish massage.
Having trained with Tralee, I eventually took over the Wellington branch of Ruru, before I too moved back to Nelson earlier this year.
Always having had an interest in natural therapies, I developed a super strength magnesium spray to help with my long term back issues, I found it to be a God send and it now helps lots of other people too, including children having trouble going to sleep.
I have also trained in beauty therapy and offer organic facials and sculpting alongside massage.

I focus on restoring the natural balance within the body, whether that be on a physical, nutritional or mental/emotional level.
I combine a variety of osteopathic technics (structural & cranial) alongside exercise prescription. nutritional and lifestyle advice.
Osteopathy facilitates the bodies innate healing process by improving the structure and function of the body.

Osteopathy isn't just for backs and necks, it can help with headaches, digestive issues, bladder problems, menstrual cramps, joint injuries and general health and wellbeing.
I treat a wide range of people working to get to the root cause of a problem and finding pathways to optimal functionality.
I employ a comprehensive range of techniques to suit you as an individual, including visceral osteopathy (working with organs of the abdomen and pelvis).
Each treatment is tailor made to suit you as an individual and your condition on the day.
I can also give you a personalised tool kit of exercises and stretches, helping you get back to optimal health and vitality.
