I specialise in deep tissue, sports, restorative and remedial massage.
With a 20 year long career running busy practices in Wellington I'm very happy to be back in Nelson.
As a massage therapist I have been lucky enough to have worked with some amazing clients, the Royal NZ Ballet for four years, big bands including Roger Waters, Neil Young and Taylor Swift, the Opera de Paris Ballet company, the Argentinian rugby team... but my favourites are regular down to earth people just needing help to feel better.​

I use a variety massage techniques including deep tissue, softer massage and cupping to release muscular tension and / or stress.
If a remedial massage is required to treat damaged tissue from injury, surgery or life patterns causing pain or discomfort, I am trained to access pain patterns and come up with a plan to use my varies skills to alleviate the pain and try to restore equilibrium in the body.
Lymphatic massage is also something I have trained in and is of great benefit to those with lymphatic drainage issues, the aged and people at the end of life. It is gentle soothing and healing.

Originally from the West Coast, I practiced as a Naturopath before retraining as an Osteopath and re-locating to Nelson.
I focus on restoring the natural balance within the body, whether that be on a physical, nutritional or mental/emotional level. I combine a variety of osteopathic technics (structural & cranial) alongside exercise prescription. nutritional and lifestyle advice.
Osteopathy facilitates the bodies innate healing process by improving the structure and function of the body.
I treat patients of all ages, helping you to return to your favourite activities.
I am also studying Western Medical Acupuncture, which I incorporate into treatment with your consent. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
